The Natural Response Nipple is different because it works like the breast, the flow is controlled by baby. Milk flow stops and starts based on your baby’s drinking rhythm.
For some babies it can take a few tries to get used to a nipple that doesn’t always free-flow. If you have tried the same nipple a few times with little or no success, it may mean your baby needs a different nipple flow.
Babies that have tried traditional baby bottle nipples, where the milk flows without pausing, might need a higher nipple flow with the Natural Response Nipple.
